First Session: Preparation to Become Healthy
This session begins with a discussion and assessment of your tobacco dependency issues and a clarification of your goals. Beginning with regression to when you first began smoking we will get to the bottom of your limiting beliefs, release your resistance to quitting and redirect the part of you that wants to smoke. During this session, there will be immediate change at the subconscious level.

Second Session: Quit Date
The day of your second session will be your official Quit Date. You will leave this session a non-smoker. In this session, you will be guided through a hypnotherapy meditation that will reprogram your subconscious mind and remove limiting beliefs that will allow you to leave the session tobacco-free. You will be able to manage the withdrawal from nicotine, and practice new thoughts and behaviors as you take on the new identity of a non-smoker.
Third Session: Tobacco Freedom
After enjoying a few months of being a non-smoker, in this session, we will discuss any questions you may have and reaffirm the decision you have made to become a non-smoker. We’ll focus on any specific concerns you may have such as social pressures or other issues unique to your own situation.
